High Street

Setup at High Street Penarth, reported by Lee Tucker

There was a notice on a lampost saying about the filming and there will be disruptions and so on, but it said they will be filming today (13th March) and tomorrow 14th March. I waited for a while and took a few pics, and right by me another Ryder van pulled up and they started erecting the TARDIS. I couldnt stay to watch anymore because of commitments I had to take care of.
