Matt Smith sits atop a horse while preparing to film scenes for an upcoming episode of "Doctor Who" entitled The Gunslinger. The popular show is filming on the famous desert lots in the southern Spanish town of Almeria, where such westernsas "The Magnificent Seven" and "A Fistful of Dollars" were shot. Adrian Scarborough was spotted on set as well as as the Doctor's possible foe, a half-human, half-robot style beast which "patrols a Victorian-era western town".
