Arundel Castle

Built in the 11th Century, the castle has been the ancestral seat of the Duke of Norfolk for over 850 years. The castle was badly damaged during the Civil War, but was eventually restored by 1900.

Admission: April-October, Tue-Sat, £12.00 (full castle visit), £6.50 (not including castle rooms)

Road: A27 - Follow the A27 to Arundel and turn into the town along the Causeway at the western roundabout near the station (not the A284 roundabout). Follow the road into the town and the castle is on the right. +
