Beaupre is a medieval manor house, heavily modified in Tudor times. Much of the building is now ruined, though the gatehouse and porch have survived.
Admission: Free, open between 10:00am and 4:00pm
There is no parking at the castle itself, the nearest place to park is a layby on the St Athan Road opposite Howe Mill Farm.
Walk northeast along St Athan Road until you reach the bridge crossing the stream. There is a footpath that leads to the castle just to the other side.
