The forest is an ancient woodland, now owned and managed by the Forestry Commission.

How to get here:

Road: M4 - Exit the M4 at junction 32, and head north on the A4054 towards Tongynlais. As you pass through the village, turn right onto Mill Road and follow it up to to Castell Coch (signposted). (0.9 miles, 3m) +

Where to walk

Follow the path north from the castle, and when this reaches a junction to the left, the cave from Day One is just to the north.
