The Outer Circle was built around 1822, providing a ring around Regent's Park and off which a number of great terraces were built to overlook the park, including on the eastern side Cumberland Terrace and Cambridge Gate.

Walk: Head north up Conway Street until you reach Euston Road, then turn left towards Great Portland Street station. Cross over Euston Road at the main crossings then continue west along Marylebone Road until Park Square East on the right; follow this into Outer Circle. +

Conway Street (The War Machines). Follow Outer Circle south, crossing Saint Andrew's Place into Park Square East. When you reach Marylebone Road, turn left and walk to the crossings near Great Portland Street Station. Cross over and continue along Euston Road until you reach Conway Street on the right, and then follow this down to the junction with Grafton Way.
