The house was owned by the Llewellyn family during the 19th Century, and turned into a gentlemen's residence during the 20th Century. It was bought as a hotel in 1981. The modern hotel includes an Indian/Carribean restaurant.

Road: M4 - Exit the M4 at junction 36, and head west on the A4063 towards Maesteg. At the next roundabout turn left continuing on the A4063 towards Bridgend. Passing unde the M4, turn right onto Heol Ty'n-y-garn, and then at the end turn left into Pen-ye-heol. Take the next right, follow this road to Court Colman, and then the Manor will be on the left-hand side. (2.8 miles, 7m) +
