The church is a source of real confusion. According to "On Location", this was filmed in Martin, but the church in the village has a spire, which the scene in question doesn't! It does look similar to the church in Shapwick which was used, but there were no roads in that village to match. The image of Martin's church could have been altered to make it look like the one in Shapwick, but then the houses don't match up either! What a conundrum!
