Twin Springs Towers
419-433 South Spring Street, Los Angeles, California, 90013
The Twin Spring Towers is made up of the two tower blocks completed in 1928. The Title Insurance & Trust Company Building was completed used to be home to the Cultural Affairs Office and other government agencies; its sister tower (no 419) used to house the Los Angeles police department. No 433 is known for its restrained Zig-Zag Moderne style and Art Deco lobby, and was designated a Historical Cultural Landmark in 2003.
Both parts of the Towers are empty and currently for sale.
