Buckhurst House
Buckhurst Park, Withyham, Hartfield, East Sussex
Buckhurst House is a grand house, which sits in the heart of the Buckhurst Park estate. It was built in 1743, replacing the earlier 16th century Stoneland Lodge. It is a private house of the De La Warr family, who have owned Buckhurst for many centuries.
How to get here:

Road: B2110 - Via Royal Tunbridge Wells (A26), follow the A264 west towards East Grinstead, then take the B2110 towards Groombridge. At Groombridge, continue across the mini-roundabout towards Withyham; the entrance to Buckhurst Park is by the Dorset Arms pub. Parking: road alongside the pub. By foot follow the drive up to the house. +
