Cogan Playing Fields
by Cogan Leisure Centre, Andrew Road, Cogan, Penarth, CF64 2NS
The wall that doubles for the base of the Statue of Liberty in Daleks in Manhattan is actually the back wall of Cogan Primary School, Pill Street - the wall faces the playing fields by Cogan Leisure Centre.
How to get here:
»
Road: A48 - Follow the A48 to the A4232, then head east along it until you reach the Grangetown roundabout (junction with A4055). Head south on the A4055 to the next main roundabout, then turn left onto Cogan Hill. As this becomes Windsor Road, turn right into Pill Street, and then once past the school turn right into Cawnpore Street. (~5.6 miles, 10m) +

While the playing fields are part of the leisure centre, the easiest way to the wall is via the fields entrance on Cawnpore Street.
