Rail: Cardiff Central Station - Exit the station (north side) and turn right, walking past the car park and the Great Western pub to St. Mary's Street. Cross over and head up Mill Lane, and at the end turn left into the Hayes. La Fosse is at the square on the right, next to Habitat. +

Bus: Cardiff Bus Map - There are no direct buses to the Hayes, but many stop along St. Mary's Street; heading along Wharton Street (by Howell's) will lead to Hayes Island. La Fosse is on the far side, next to Habitat. +
