Lord Leycester Hospital
High Street, Warwick, CV34 4BH

The group of buildings making up the hospital came from the United Guilds of Warwick from the 14th Century. After being dispersed by Henry VIII in 1546, Robert Dudley, Earl of Leycester acquired them in 1571 and founded a Hospital for aged and disabled soldiers under a charter from Elizabeth I. The hospital is still operational, though is now run under a self-supporting charity.

Admission: £3.00
